An upbeat fast-paced workout, High energy + high heart rates

Zero chill (until the end). A full-body workout with bursts of cardio will get your heart pumping and have you glowing… with sweat. We’ll take you through a combination of dynamic and high-intensity moves, finishing with a good stretch and of course, everyone’s fave Pilates Savasana. You’ll leave feeling uplifted and invigorated, and probably totally ready for an antipasto platter with extra olives.

All levels welcome | Suitable for pre-natal if you’re up for it!
