Please read through the following for A Good Time with us
BOOKING CLASSES
FIRST TIMER?
Come 10 minutes before class to have time to get familiar with the studio, meet your teacher and have a rundown of the reformer you will use during class.
Please leave all personal belongings in the lockers (apart from drink bottle + towel). The studio is a PHONE FREE ZONE ☻
Our teachers will support you throughout the class and give you options. You're empowered and encouraged to make your own movement choices.
BYO
+ Socks (we sell grip socks in the studio)

+ Sweat towel
STUDIO FACILITIES

+ Gender-neutral bathroom and change rooms
+ Drinking water provided
ARRIVE EARLY + PLS DON’T BE LATE
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class.
The door is locked at class start time, late comers will be unable to join as they disrupt the experience for our other community members. If you’re late you forfeit the session + are considered a No Show.
Empty reformers at the start of class will be given to our waitlisted friends/or keen walk-ins.
Always check in with your teacher at reception before class, so they can mark you as attending. Like school, but chill.
WAITLISTS
If a class you want is full, sign up for the waitlist. If/when a place becomes available you’ll get an email or text to let you know you got into class. If you don’t reply we assume you’re coming!
You can be added into class from the waitlist up to 1hr before class starts.
The 6 hour cancellation policy applies to waitlisted spots too, so if you can no longer make it to class, cancel your waitlist.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
Our 6 hour cancellation policy is in place so all GTP community members have the chance to attend classes. You can cancel a class the same way you booked in. We can't accept cancellations via email, phone or social media.
Cancellations made more than 6 hours before class will get the session back
Late cancellations made less than 6 hours before class with forfeit the session
No-Shows and absences will forfeit the session
Being late is considered a no-show

No Shows will incur a $20 fee
Late Cancels will incur a $5 fee
Club Members will have 1 fee waived per calendar month
Fees are charged to the card on file 48 hours after

RETURN + REFUND POLICY
Refunds for change of mind, unused sessions, studio closure due to lockdown, or any circumstance unforeseen by or external to the business will not be granted, in line with Consumer Affairs Victoria policy.
Sessions cannot be transferred to another person or studio location. All community members must have their own account (for safety and insurance purposes) and purchase their own sessions.
MEMBERSHIP HOLDS + SUSPENSIONS
Club Membership holds are unlimited, within reason. Suspensions can be made for a minimum of 1 week and must be made within your weekly cycle. Email hello@goodtimespilates.com.au with at least 5 days notice.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS
Club Memberships can be cancelled anytime from the following cycle. Email hello@goodtimespilates.com.au with at least 7 days notice.
PREGNANCY
If your pregnancy is uncomplicated and you feel good and well enough to exercise, you can join any of our classes throughout your pregnancy. Our highly skilled teachers fully understand the guidelines around exercise during pregnancy. We have wedges to support you during class if you need and can always offer options and alternatives to accommodate you.

YOU + YOUR BODY
Please tell your teacher before class if there is something we need to know about you and/or your body. We will take note of it in our system and we will offer appropriate options during class. Let us know how you’re feeling on the day and if any doctors or specialists have given you specific advice. We respect your privacy.
AGE
We welcome children from age 14 without a parent or guardian present. Kids under the age of 18 can only attend classes when the teacher has a Working with Children Check. It will state on the teachers bio at booking if they have a current Working with Children Check
STUDENTS + HEALTH CARE CARD HOLDERS
Full-Time students and Health Care Card holders are eligible for a 10% discount on all Class Packs and Club Memberships. Email hello@goodtimespilates.com.au with proof to get set up.
CODE OF CONDUCT
In dealing with Good Times Pilates you agree to the following code of conduct:
We are an inclusive and conscious community for all people inclusive of self-identifying gay, lesbian, bi, queer, non-binary, trans people, gender fluid people, people of colour, fat people, older people and disabled people.
Every community member has the right to feel safe and respected. We do not tolerate oppressive behaviour or discrimination of any kind. We are a community free of judgement, assumption and shame.
Any persons who act in defiance of this code will be asked to leave the studio, their sessions refunded and their account terminated.
