In this 90 minute workshop Sharon will help you put theory into practice, looking at the WHAT and HOW of the shoulder. Taking a look at anatomy and physiology and applying that into mat and reformer based Pilates moves.
You'll leave feeling EMPOWERED and confident in the positioning of your head, neck and shoulders in exercises like roll backs, chest lifts, hundreds, side planks and more.
