This course is perfect for all levels, from brand new to running to those wanting to work on specific goals. The super small (8 peeps only) sessions will allow for lots of personalised attention with our resident running pro and physio Liv Nimmo!

Track Tuesdays

60-minute technique and conditioning sessions with our experienced coach, Liv Nimmo, every Tuesday at 6:30am at Princess Park.

Saturday Community Runs

Group runs every Saturday at 8am at Dight Falls.

All levels are welcome, so grab your running buddies and let's get moving!
