Summer or Winter?

Summer for sure! For me it signifies holidays, beach time, planning the Christmas day menu, seeing family ect. But autumn is my favourite season in Melbourne. Growing up in QLD I never really experienced the full spectrum of seasons, so I still find autumn and spring a bit of a novelty.

What does inclusive movement mean to you?

Movement everyone can do together, without pressure or fear of judgement. It encourages exploration and doesn’t have to be too serious or fancy. Realising that the class I have planned might need to be adjusted or completely thrown out the window, has been a big learning curve for me. Teaching the people in front of me and empowering them to move in ways that make them feel good is what matters most.
