When you’re not teaching, where will we find you?

When I’m not teaching you’ll find me strolling through Yarra Boulevard with my dog Captain (the koolie) or spending time with my gorgeous partner. You’ll also find me in a class at Good Times or playing around with good moves in my home studio.

When I’m not doing Pilates, I’m most likely thrift shopping (Goodbyes/Swop in Collingwood) or eating out on the weekend at some of my favourites: Pacific House, Napier (Hotel and Quarter).

Where’s your next holiday destination?

We just got back from a trip to Paris/France and I’ve fallen in love with the Marais in Paris as well as the west coast. Our next holiday destination is somewhere in Asia - Japan/Korea and hopefully China to visit family soon.

What does inclusive movement mean to you?

Inclusive movement to me is a shared movement experience where everyone feels seen, safe and supported. It’s one of my favourite feelings to be a part of and to facilitate movement that includes and empowers everybody to both connect to and make their own choices with their bodies. Everybody’s free(eeeee) to feel good!
