Singing and dancing to live music or looking for the next live music event to sing and dance at. The Forum is my absolute favourite venue in Melbourne for this, there is always something on!

Summer or Winter?

Summer on a road trip along the coast, reading my book in the sunshine, swimming in the ocean all day long and sleeping under the stars in a swag.

What does inclusive movement mean to you?

To me, inclusive movement means creating a space where every body feels welcome to come as they are and move their body in a way that serves them, without judgement. It leaves room to explore and be curious so you can feel empowered to choose how you move, with an instructor who has got your back!
