Summer all the way - Sun, swim, sip & repeat! Getting outdoors whether it’s to relax in the sun or go for a walk is my absolute fave.

Favourite local spot

For a fancy feast, Marion is a must. Wax Flower Bar is also a favourite of mine for great wine & music and you also can’t beat the Brunswick Bowls Club on a sunny afternoon. 

What does inclusive movement mean to you? 

Inclusive movement to me means creating a welcoming & supportive space where people can feel calm, confident, empowered & excited to move their body freely! It's about fostering an environment where everyone feels they can show up, feel comfortable, move fearlessly & most importantly have a good time.
