What does inclusive movement mean to you?

Inclusive movement to me is creating a warm and welcoming space where people can show up as they are and feel supported and empowered to move however they want to on any given day. It means the most to me to facilitate a little slice of calm in someone's day, offering precious screen free time to connect with their body exploring joyful movement.
