When you’re not teaching, where will we find you?
I also teach Primary School, so you might find me in the classroom! Otherwise; starting a new fun pass time that I’ll have dropped to start a shiny new one within the month! I’m all about the buzz of a new hobby (not so much about the retention…)
Fave local spot?
I love Buck Mulligans in Northcote for a whisky sour.
What does inclusive movement mean to you?
Inclusive movement is about creating a space for people to move as they are, without fear of judgement or discrimination. It means being able to show up to your movement practice knowing that you will be given options that will work for you, that you’ll be spoken to in a way that makes you feel included, and that you will have FUN moving your body. Inclusive movement is joyful movement!
