Working my professional day job, or out scouting for recycled designer fashion because it’s my weakness, checking out local galleries and wantonly stalking expensive homewares stores.

How about your holy grail activewear brand?

Firstly, my tips to keep your active wear looking A+. Always cold wash and line dry. You’re welcome! I’ve been wearing a brand called Le Ore lately, which has chic styles in great colours, but I have a LOT of Lululemon too, which I still rate highly (if cared for as per the above tips). I really like the look of Alo Yoga and Nu Form Movement.

What does inclusive movement mean to you?

For me, inclusive movement means that every single person in my class feels welcome and supported, and has the opportunity to experience success on their own terms.
