What does inclusive movement mean to you?
To be conscious and considerate in crafting classes that facilitate movement for all human bodies. It means creating a safe and welcoming environment where every participant feels valued and supported in their movement journey. It's also about recognizing and celebrating the inherent worth and beauty of every body, honoring the diverse ways in which we move and express ourselves, and creating opportunities for connection and growth.
